Mike Favilla (formally owned by Lindsay Hopkins) “Dazzle”, a 1925 Dodge Watercar. Mike loves to explaining the virtues of this perfect user boat. But, it’s not that kind of “user boat,” it’s the user friendly nature of the boat that makes it his favorite. Dazzle’s condition just gets better and better every time I see it.
