Owned and operated by the late (and great) Hal Orchard. Photos shot in Santa Ana, CA and at Obexers Marina in the late 1980's/early 90's. Hull 23 was found by Al Schinnerer and Hal Orchard in the 1980's and was purchased off of the Waterman Estate - Mira Vista in Santa Barbara, CA.
