Eary Dodge Watercar Information: In 1923 Martin Draeger, the owner of the Racine Boat Co., and designer of Horace E. Dodge Jr.'s 1923 Water Car, selected the Racine Manufacturing Co. for series production of the Water Car’s 22’ hulls. After Draeger’s prototype hull was approved by Horace E.
