This is a quick boating tribute to Harold John Orchard (October 9, 1925 - March 1, 2017) "Hal", "H.O", "Oats", was a great friend and personality. Hal was loved by anyone who had the privilege of meeting him. He hailed from Buffalo, NY and was lucky enough to settle down in the warm climate of Southern California with his teammate and wife Nancy. Hal loved Lake Tahoe, where he became a legend in the antique boating scene.
